This New York Times report about South african children demanding better schools is certainly worth praising. The report as well as the children need praise.
First, the children who are demanding better education must be supported. Yes,they deserve it. Hope the government of South Africa does something about it.
Second ,the report needs to be praised for the simple reason that it covered this story.

Children pushing for better schools. Wow !!
IMF deserves praise
Yes,its a self evaluation. But then it does deserve praise for helping fight the global economic crisis.
The crisis could have been worse. But global agancies like the IMF did help diminish the size of the problem
"The International Monetary Fund, in a broad self-evaluation, said it acted effectively in combating the global recession, especially in Eastern Europe, a finding that is bound to deepen the debate on the IMF's crisis-fighting abilities."

Let us praise the good stuff
Let us praise the good stuff happening out there. Why do we talk so much about all thats bad and give it so much unnecessary attention and media coverage. Let's change the balance to promote the goodness in all of us and all around us.So here's a blog that is totally biased towards observing and covering only the good in all of us.
